Carine Skate Festival

Freestyle Now will be hosting a skate park competition at Carine Skate Park. Participants can showcase their skills and demonstrate their growing skills. 

Discipline divisions 

Competitors can only enter one division but can enter multiple disciplines:

• Scooter
• Skateboard
• BMX – beginner, intermediate
• Open rollerskate – beginner
• Open inline – open

Competition timeslots

• Rollerskate and Inline (separate) – check in at 12:00pm | Competition – 12.30pm – 1.30pm
• Scooter – check in at 1.30pm | Competition – 2.00pm – 3.30pm
• Skateboard check in at 3.30pm | Competition – 4.00pm – 5.30pm
• BMX check in at 5.30pm | Competition – 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Competitor information

All disciplines will have a limit on competitor’s numbers so make sure you register online to guarantee your placement in the competition.

Competition format

The whole skatepark can be used. Each competitor gets 2x 1 minute individual run. The best run counts. No finals. Competitors are judged on difficulty, diversity and consistency.
