Archived building plans are generally requested by real estate agents, prospective buyers, and homeowners who are looking to develop their property. In order to access archived plans, you are required to obtain written permission from the property owner.
Please note that due to a high volume of all statutory applications during the seasonal peak period, the Building Team are working diligently processing ‘Copy of Plans’ applications. The current delay is six weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Completing your application
You’ll be required to upload your completed application form and make a payment. Please be advised that processing times can vary depending on what plans are requested and/or the volume of plans requested.
Requesting plans offline
Alternatively, forms can be lodged and paid for in person at our Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021.
