Library of Things (LoT) | City of Stirling Libraries strives to be responsive to community needs and interests. In recent years, the notion of a sharing economy has inspired public libraries to develop non-traditional collections of items for community access. A public Library of Things (LoT) provides access to these items – or “Things”. Things are considered and acquired in a variety of areas: art and craft, kitchen and baking supplies, technology, health and wellbeing, musical instruments, toys and games, home improvement, outdoor recreation and home and garden Browse the catalogue of “Things” on the website or in your library app. |
