New fencing for Hamersley Habitat Community Garden
To support the safety and growth of our community garden, new fencing will be installed around Hamersley Habitat Community Garden
To support the safety and growth of the community garden, new fencing will be installed around Hamersley Habitat Community Garden in early October. During construction, access to the garden will be limited.
Installation is expected to be complete with the gates operational by mid-October.
Once fencing is installed, members of Hamersley Habitat Community Garden will have keyed access 24 hours a day.
Non-members are welcome every Friday morning between 8.00am and 12.00pm.
In addition, the garden will continue to open for special events and workshops as advertised on the Hamersley Habitat Facebook page.
The installation of the perimeter fencing is an outcome of community conversations with regular garden users. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we take this important step to help the garden thrive into the future.
We appreciate your understanding whilst fencing works are underway.
