Discover the joy of shaping a lovely piece of wood using traditional whittling methods. In this Stirling Women's Centre workshop, you will learn how to use a sloyd knife to carve a cute little animal. Choose from a variety of wooden blanks such as ducks, wombats, pigs, snakes, rabbits, penguins, puppies, numbats, turtles, and more. Such fun!

A 3 hour workshop for women of all ages, including girls from a minimum age of 8 years. Sturdy shoes that cover the whole foot must be worn.

The Stirling Women's Shed is an exciting partnership between The City of Stirling and The Joy of Wood.
