Ingrid has held senior management roles across the public sector for over 15 years and was appointed as the City’s Director Corporate Services in 2017. Ingrid is responsible for the human resources, property and commercial services, information technology, and finance functions of the organisation.

Michael has 20 years’ experience in local government, excelling in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, facility management, place activation and community welfare. His portfolio spans community development and facilities, leisure centres, beach services, libraries, club development, arts, events, ranger and patrol services, crime prevention, marketing, communications, community engagement, and customer service – demonstrating a proven commitment to meeting diverse community needs.

With over 30 years' experience in local government in the UK and Australia, Andrew has a particular focus and passion for infrastructure and environmental services. He returned to the City as Director Infrastructure, previously holding the position of Manager Waste and Fleet, bringing his positive, enthusiastic attitude paired with his outstanding experience and knowledge. Andrew is responsible for Engineering Services, Parks and Environment, Waste and Fleet, and Facilities, Projects and Assets.

With 20 years’ experience in both public and private sectors Interstate, Amanda has held leadership roles in Local and State Governments across urban planning and infrastructure strategies and projects.

Amanda is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for Stirling and has fostered strong relationships with her colleagues, Council and the City’s customers and external stakeholders.
