Connect at the Positive Ageing Expo

Bring along family and friends to learn more about leading active, healthy, and connected lives at the Positive Ageing Expo.

The City of Stirling's Positive Ageing Expo will take plae on Thursday 3 April, offering a fantastic opportunity for over-55s to explore ways to stay active, healthy and socially connected. 

This free event will feature more than 30 stalls, engaging activities, and lively entertainment, providing attendees with access to local organisations offering support services, advocacy, health and care resources, and community groups that promote a fulfilling and inclusive lifestyle. It's the perfect chance to discover new opportunities, meet like-minded people, and access valuable information to support positive ageing. 

The event will be held at Stirling Leisure – Dianella Community Centre, located at 1 Light Street, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will include light refreshments, and free on-site parking is available, while public transport is encouraged.

The expo aligns with the City's Age Friendly Plan 2023-27, which focuses on creating a connected, inclusive, and active community for older residents. By providing access to vital servies and programs, the City aims to empower older adults to lead independent and enriched lives.
