Stirling celebrates Seniors Week 2024

WA Seniors Week 2024 is set to run from 10 – 17 November 2024, celebrating the contributions and vital role that older Western Australians play in our community. With over 50,000 residents aged 60 and over, the City is committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports healthy and active ageing year-round. The City of Stirling is proud to offer a range of activities throughout Seniors Week, providing opportunities for residents to engage and connect with their local community.

Here are some of the key activities on offer:
 

• LiveUp – Discover the upside of ageing | Monday 11 November | 11.15am – 12.30pm | Stirling Libraries – Dianella
• Care Finder Outreach Session | 12, 13, 17 November | 10.00am – 1.00pm | Stirling Libraries – Dianella, Osborne and Karrinyup
• Home Organisation | Tuesday 12 November | 5.30pm – 6.30pm |
• Have a Go Day | Wednesday 13 November | 9.00am – 3.00pm | Burswood Park
• Mount Flora Museum | Wednesday 13 November | 10.00am – 4.00pm | Elvire Street, Watermans Bay
• Inglewood Walking Group | Every Thursday | 8.30am – 9.30am | Stirling Community Centres – Osborne.
