Facility Hire Officer
The function room at Stirling Leisure - Tuart Hill Community Centre is a large, bright space suitable for a variety of functions with access to a large balcony which overlooks Grenville Oval.
It has wooden flooring and air-conditioning, and access to a commerical kitchen which is complete with a gas oven and stove, a grill, microwave, cool room, dishwasher, bain marie and stainless steel preparation areas.
There is a bar area with servery windows to assist with the ease of serving food/beverages. There is also AV equipment available, which includes a screen and projector. Microphone available on request.
The venue has an accessible pathway and toilet.
Hire rates
$45.00 per hour
The community rate applies to groups or individuals who use City spaces without any commercial gain. This includes groups and individuals hosting functions without charging guests an entry fee, as well as social groups using the spaces for recreational purposes.
$77.00 per hour
The commercial rate applies to bookings that are hiring the facility to make a profit for themselves or organisation.
$450.00
The function rate applies to any booking after 4.00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. These bookings will also include a bond subject to a facility hire officers assessment.
